CoreFlow and CoreFlow UP

CoreFlow uses a set sequence of mat and floor exercises from yoga, traditional strengthening, and modern dance to correct weakness and muscle imbalances from chronic sitting and sedentary life (45 minute class). The sequence focuses on shoulder, upper back, middle core, and hip strengthening with an emphasis on consistently engaging the deep core waist cincher muscles.

CoreFlow UP is a standing sequence that uses dynamic movement to promote right-left coordination, endurance, and multi-directional core strength for greater functionality and stability in daily life (additional 25 minutes).

The full series begins with an Introductory Workshop (prerequisite) followed by a 6-week session of once weekly classes. Students may elect to participate in just the mat portion or both the mat and standing portion of the class.
