The sequence focuses on shoulder, upper back, middle core, and hip strengthening with an emphasis on consistently engaging the deep core waist cincher muscles.
CoreFlow UP is a standing sequence that uses dynamic movement to promote right-left coordination, endurance, and multi-directional core strength for greater functionality and stability in daily life (additional 25 minutes).
The full series begins with an Introductory Workshop (prerequisite) followed by a 6-week session of once weekly classes. Students may elect to participate in just the mat portion or both the mat and standing portion of the class.
