Kinsey has over six years of experience as a project manager built on a background in program development, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and more than 19 years serving customers. To create an environment where projects succeed, she creates a collaborative space where everyone has a voice and uses data to drive decisions. She routinely uses design thinking principles and a continual quality improvement lens to address barriers to success, reduce inefficiencies, and increase collaborations with both internal and external partners. Kinsey’s diverse background includes entrepreneurship, patient care, teaching, customer service, sales, modern dancing, backstage theater production, and singing. These experiences enable her to integrate strategic thinking with artistic sensibility, to foster innovation and dynamic problem-solving in any project she undertakes.

Kinsey has over six years of experience developing professional presentations, trainings, procedural documents, surveys, and communication materials for print and digital distribution. She has funded successful programs through federal and local grants and promote excellence by directing advisory councils and leading training initiatives. She is proficient using R statistical software for program evaluation and data analysis, including using R Markdown to produce reports. With a diverse set of skills, Kinsey will add capacity for your team to execute a variety of tasks.
